In order to effectively extract RNA from cells and tissues, it is necessary to completely lysate the cells or tissues, denature nucleic acids and proteins, and inhibit the activity of cell-derived RNases.
PURE™ Total RNA Extraction Kit can most effectively extract RNA from tissues or cells, and if the RNA extraction sample volume is adequate, pure RNA with little contamination from proteins and genomic DNA can be extracted.
The total RNA obtained from this product can be used directly for cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, Real-time RT-PCR, Northern blotting etc.
