The Up Blood NA Extraction Kit is a product that uses centrifugation and a spin column. It is a reagent optimised for the extraction of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) from blood samples such as whole blood, plasma, and serum. By using a powerful lysis buffer, nucleic acids from various infectious agents (Gram(+), viruses) can be extracted. It also mitigates spin column clogging that can occur when extracting nucleic acids from blood samples. The extracted DNA can be used directly for PCR, real-time PCR, sequencing, NGS, and molecular diagnostics.
